Team Romano started in 2009 with one athlete and one clear idea: take whoever has the potential to the highest level possible, with no compromise on the quality of the work.
Today the team covers nearly every IFBB category — Men's Physique, Classic, Open, Bikini, Wellness — and runs dozens of athletes every season, from competitive pros to advanced non-competitors.
The team culture is simple: precision, respect for the protocol, and total trust in the process. Romano doesn't work with athletes who follow the protocol only when it suits them.
